Terms & Conditions

1. Rental Requirements

• All renters must present a valid driving license (AM, A1, A2, or A depending on scooter category).
• Minimum age: 18 years old.
• The renter must provide a valid ID or passport.

2. Booking & Payment

• A reservation is confirmed once the booking form is completed and accepted.
• No deposit is required unless otherwise stated.
• Payment is made upon delivery or online, depending on agreement.

3. Delivery & Return

• Free delivery and pickup are available at Corfu Airport, Port, or your hotel (upon confirmation).
• The scooter must be returned at the agreed time and location.
• Delays in return may be subject to extra charges.

4. Insurance & Liability

• All rentals include third-party liability insurance.
• The renter is responsible for any damage caused due to negligence or personal fault.
• In case of a solo accident (e.g. losing control), the renter covers the repair costs.
• Theft, fire, or accident involving third parties must be reported to the police immediately.
